Our standard queen room was modern with a pleasant view. This hotel was set in a central area right by the city centre, cafés, shops and the beach as well as the cave. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Kemptown district.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

The room was absolutely spotless with large windows, a fan, as example, just what was needed. All of the staff were kind, amenable. The venue was set in the very central position just next door to Close to seafront, by train and the pier and friendly staff. Also, this hotel was few metres away from such tourist places as George Street Gallery.

Everything was good, yet we stayed for 2 nights only. Very kind and nice staff, we appreciated them all. Our room was spotless and complete with large windows, a brilliant style, coffee or tea. Its location close to an enthralling gallery was great and brilliant. The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a busy area. The whole experience was wonderful.

The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was delightful. The staff were very friendly and the setting was magnificent and perfect. The bus stop was 500 metres away.

It is a great and fine property located in Kemptown district very close to the beach, pier and the marina, takeaways and seafront and Marina. The rooms are reasonably sized and new-fashioned, with a small fridge and a kettle. The bed is great. The place has absolutely perfect location close to everything you need in town.
